Foreground: I am a mother to two children, a dancer, an educater, a performer, a philosopher and jokester. I currently work primarily in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Stockholm, Sweden.

Backround: I have a bachelors in dance from the University of Minnesota and I was a member of a Saint Paul based dance company TU Dance from 2002-2009. I moved to New York in 2009 to work with German choreographer Johannes Wieland and subsequently moved to Kassel, Germany to continue that work with Wieland at Staatstheater Kassel. In 2012 I moved to Stockholm, Sweden and began working with Cullberg Ballet. I have a continuing relationship with Sweden, Stockholm Konstnärliga Högskolan and Cullberg. In 2021 I received my Masters in Choreography and New Performative Practices from Stockholm University for the Arts (Stockholm Konstnärliga Högskolan). I have worked as a dancer, choreographer, rehearsal director and assistant to various projects and under the direction of a range of choreographers:

Deborah Hay, Jefta Van Dinther, Tilman O’donnel, Edward Lock, Benoit Lachambre, Alma Söderberg, Ezster Soloman, Ian Kahler, Johannes Wieland, Morgan Thorson, Carl Flink, Uri Sands, Eddie Oroyan, Maggie Bergeron, Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapatineau.

Aside: I am also a student and practitioner of Cranial Sacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and Hatha Yoga. I have spent chapters working as a baker, house painter, and farm manager for a small scale organic sheep farm in Bloomington, Minnesota. My current artistic practice is one of conflation between dancing, mothering, caregiving, questioning, inter-species relationships, recreating and play.
